Singing In Sync With The Latest To Win Hearts

Jamshedpur Nov. 28: “Sing in style, sync with the latest” is the niantra for Shayne Hvrapiet, the pop star from Calcutta who performed here today to raise funds for a social cause organised by the Association of Sacred Heart Alumni.

Shane has done shows in Switzerland, Thailand and England apart from performances in cities across the country. A die-hard fan of Elton John. Shone shared stage with Bombay Vikings. Shivani Kashvap, KK. Shaan and Bombay Rockers. His take on music seems to be simple; he is here to entertain the audience.

“Pop has always been a part of Bollywood music and will continue to enthrall music lovers.” said Shayne, sporting an enthusiasm that is hard to miss.

At the moment, his hands are full with a five-city tour, from next month. Singing professionally for the past five years. Shayne is also gearing up to work on his upcoming Christmas album and an untitled solo launch on select gospel songs.

He feels people in the steel city are more responsive to the popular genres of pop and rock.

“There is a dearth of singers popularising these forms of music. The emphasis is on originality:” said Shayne, who sings in six languages.
