Rita is batch of 1961 from Sacred Heart Convent, an English Honours graduate from Loreto College and a Master’s in Journalism from the University of Georgia, USA. Established in the field of Corporate Public Relation. Her latest book is PR 2020: The Trending Practice of Public Relations.
She has produced a documentary film on Raja Rammohun Roy, the social reformer. Nominated to the Hall of Fame by the PR Council of India, the PRSI Leadership Award was conferred on her in 2016.

Rupa Mahanty is a Management Consultant. The Managing Partner of RM Associates, she is an MBA from IIM, Calcutta. Mahanty worked for Tata Steel for 14 years, She was Faculty at XLRI teaching Business Policy and Strategy. The author of “Back to Basics”, published by Sage, a critique on management concepts, Mahanty enjoys several interests. A doctorate in alternative healing, she is a Reiki Grand Master, The Founder and Chairperson of a charitable trust called Kudy Mahanty Chirens’ Opportunities (KMCO), a Licensed Pilot, a trained Yoga Instructor, speaks German, has experienced Accelerated Free Fall and Skydiving.

Unable to contain the entrepreneur in herself, Pamela left her job and ventured out into businesses that were completely alien to her. Today she manages her own brand, Souchii Ethnic Wear, which is present pan India with Reliance Trends Stores. Starting with an investment of Rs 10,000 in a boutique, the company today has a turnover of approx Rs 75 crores and employs 400 persons. Her mission in life: keep it simple
